Overview

In this role you will support Partners on high-value, sophisticated real estate transactions within a London-based corporate real estate team. You will work with cross-border deals, collaborating with Tax, Finance and Private Equity to deliver integrated solutions for international clients. The position offers significant client exposure and involvement in headline deals at the intersection of corporate and real estate law. You will be part of a firm-wide capability with global reach, shaping complex transactions in a high-profile practice.

Responsibilities

• Corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
• Acquisitions and disposals of real estate and real estate-holding structures
• Capital solutions and complex M&A transactions involving real estate
• Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Collaborating with Real Estate, Tax, Finance and Private Equity teams to deliver integrated solutions

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong transactional real estate experience, or experience in a related discipline
• Experience at a leading international law firm
• Track record of working on complex, high-value transactions
