As a Data Relationship Manager, you build and maintain data partnerships with fund and alternative investment managers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing engagement. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and high-quality data submissions. You’ll research potential partners and stay informed on market developments to support strategic outreach. Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with prospective and current data partners
- Engage with industry professionals via phone, email, and virtual meetings to communicate value of data products
- Support onboarding of new data partners and coordinate data collection with internal teams
- Collaborate across Data, Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Events to support business objectives
- Maintain CRM records, track engagement, and support reporting with a focus on data quality
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Up to three years in a customer-facing or relationship-focused role is advantageous but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across seniority levels and cultures
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a collaborative approach
