Solution Delivery Lead, Studios

Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a core media technology platform within a broadcasting and sports content environment. You will design solutions, manage system integration with external partners, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business needs. You’ll drive readiness activities, including training and go-live governance, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch. This position sits at the intersection of technology and sport, enabling seamless content production and distribution at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform delivery and translate requirements into designs
• Manage the system integration partner, define deliverables and mitigate risks
• Define test strategy, coordinate testing, and oversee deployment planning
• Design and deliver training programmes and associated documentation
• Define readiness criteria and govern go-live decisions
• Stakeholder engagement and progress communication

Key requirements

• Proven technology delivery experience in broadcasting or media environments
• Strong understanding of live and non-live media workflows
• Experience with content production and media platform solutions (Dataminer, Media Pulse, SchedulAll; Saga, Story Desk, iNEWS)
• Experience integrating content workflows with enterprise systems (SalesForce CRM, SAP Financials, Workday)
• Experience with broadcast control/monitoring platforms (BNCS, DataMiner)
• End-to-end content production workflow orchestration tools (Qibb, SDVI Rally, Node Red)
• Experience collaborating with System Integration partners and delivering on time with quality
• Experience implementing AI tools to automate workflows and data capture
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to adapt in live broadcast environments
• Ability to design and deliver training for operational and technical staff
