Engineering Manager

Overview

As Engineering Manager, you will steer the technical direction for a greenfield phase 2 project in a B2C setting. You’ll lead a team of engineers and work closely with Product and Design to align on strategy and deliver scalable, performant software. You will establish standards, foster cross-team collaboration, and shape the long-term tech roadmap. This role blends people leadership with hands-on development, offering remote work and a path to influence product outcomes at scale.
