Projects Director

Overview

In this strategic role, you will lead the delivery of large, complex integrated systems projects within a growing UK systems integrator. You will work closely with the MD, managing budgets, vendors, and key client/stakeholder relationships, and you will source both technical and commercial solutions. You will oversee projects with multi-million pound value and produce progress, RAID, and change/VO reporting in a fast-moving environment. This role offers a clear growth trajectory as the company scales through prestigious contracts and expanded capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and financial governance
• Oversee vendor management and contract performance
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and requirements
• Source and select technical and commercial solutions for projects
• Deliver complex integrated systems projects (e.g., access control, CCTV, PSIM) with portfolio >£5m
• Produce project progress reports, RAID analyses, and change/VO documentation in a fast-paced environment
