Overview

In this role, you drive the product roadmap for model risk governance solutions and partner with risk experts, technologists, and designers to deliver scalable, impactful tooling. You shape processes and technology that support validation, inventory governance, and reporting at enterprise scale. You will influence how risk frameworks are supported and evolved, while collaborating in a culture that challenges the status quo and strives for best-in-class outcomes. You will lead cross‑functional delivery, mentor a team, and communicate progress to stakeholders, focusing on meaningful impact in a global risk context.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product roadmap for key model risk products aligned with business objectives and user needs
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
  • Partner with risk stakeholders to design governance process specifications and supporting tooling
  • Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, operations, compliance, and other cross‑functional teams
  • Ensure development is budgeted, prioritized, and delivered effectively with technology and UX teams
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate plans, and incorporate feedback into decisions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product associates
  • Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to support timely delivery
  • Identify and mitigate issues impacting development or delivery
  • Present recommendations to address dependencies and challenges
  • Provide support to user groups by addressing product questions and resolving issues

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Significant experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective partnerships
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
