Responsibilities

  • hands-on DevOps and system administration across Linux environments
  • develop and deploy platforms and tooling to enable market access
  • contribute to and evangelise open-source initiatives
  • manage deployment pipelines and build processes
  • work across the application and infrastructure layers
  • racked servers and on-premise/infra related activities
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting

Key requirements

  • minimum 4 years of professional opensource systems experience
  • Python, Bash
  • Linux proficiency; ideal Linux SE
  • Git or Darcs
  • build/deployment tooling (Maven, CMake, Rake)
  • familiarity with virtualization (KVM, VirtualBox) and networking concepts
  • knowledge of functional programming (Scala, OCaml, F#) is a plus
  • experience in demanding, jack-of-all-trades environments
