Overview
As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, you will steer the EMEA brand strategy and ensure effective execution across a diverse portfolio. You will lead a team of Brand Managers and collaborate with commercial leadership, local teams and global stakeholders to drive sustainable growth. Expect to shape portfolio direction, launch initiatives and build marketing capability across EMEA. You’ll influence senior partners across a complex, international matrix and help deliver meaningful commercial impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Brand Manager team
- Define and execute the annual and long-term EMEA portfolio strategy aligned to global objectives
- Drive portfolio growth via innovative marketing campaigns and commercial excellence
- Create scalable marketing assets, campaigns and best practices localizable across markets
- Build partnerships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders, supply chain, key opinion leaders and global stakeholders
- Develop annual marketing plans and a 3–5-year portfolio roadmap
- Collaborate with divisional leadership on new products, lifecycle management and M&A opportunities
- Lead EMEA lifecycle management including launches, portfolio optimization and phase-outs
- Analyze performance, market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop customer engagement strategies (congresses, training, education programmes, visits) and support internal capability development
- Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders across EMEA and mentor junior Brand Managers

Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of professional experience
- MBA preferred
- 7+ years in medical device and/or strategic marketing
- 4+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in large international matrix organizations
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent English; additional EMEA languages advantageous
