Sales Executive

Overview

In this Sales Account Executive role, you will support exceptional service delivery by handling sales administration and customer interactions. You will work closely with the Sales team and other functions to ensure accurate orders, forecasts, and pricing in SAP, while addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues. You’ll monitor product development inputs and stock information to keep customers satisfied and operations efficient. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration within a global packaging leader focused on sustainability and innovation. You will contribute to high-quality service and process excellence in a dynamic, office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders, contracts, forecasts and price files into SAP to maintain accuracy
• Process invoices and credit requests per Ardagh Standard Procedures
• Coordinate new product development requirements with National Account Managers, customers, design and manufacturing
• Respond to customer enquiries and liaise with departments/plants to resolve queries
• Monitor sales data including customer performance, stock levels, stock invoicing, slow-moving stock and mould equipment to identify and address issues

Key requirements

• Customer-focused with strong administration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• High level Excel proficiency (including pivot tables)
• SAP system experience preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of glass containers & manufacturing process advantageous
