Contracts Manager

Overview

In this Contracts Manager role, you will oversee procurement and contracts for multiple residential projects, each valued over £1m, supported by a large developer. You will implement procurement policy across the organisation and ensure delivery on complex subcontracts and materials. The role offers progression within a growing company and is office-based in London. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve procurement challenges and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• manage up to three concurrent projects with values >£1m
• procurement of construction/infrastructure subcontracts and materials
• implement and communicate procurement policy and processes
• address and resolve procurement-related problems to ensure effective solutions
• coordinate with internal stakeholders to support project delivery

Key requirements

• experience in procurement of construction/infrastructure maintenance subcontracts and materials
• delivery-focused with strong problem-solving and ownership
• communication skills to implement procurement policy
• location in or around London/Surrey
• experience in residential industry (preferred)
