Logistics Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead structured investigations into complex logistics, process, system and data issues
• Analyze performance, trends, risks and opportunities to form clear recommendations
• Map and improve end-to-end workflows across logistics and warehouse operations
• Support solution design, implementation and adoption with cross-functional teams
• Present objective, evidence-based recommendations to facilitate confident decisions
• Track progress and ensure improvements yield measurable benefits in service, quality, productivity and control

Key requirements

• Strong background in logistics, including warehouse operations, stock control, goods-in/goods-out, inventory movement or logistics systems
• Experience in logistics transformation, operational improvement, or related analytical roles
• Logical problem-solving ability to dissect complex issues and develop workable solutions
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret large datasets
• Experience working across systems, processes, applications and data to identify gaps and improvements
• Clear communication skills to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management with credibility to influence multiple teams
