Overview
In this role you will take day-to-day ownership of a 55-audit portfolio while progressing toward Responsible Individual status. You’ll lead fieldwork on complex and international group assignments and guide a small London team, with support from the firm for RI registration. The position blends audit with general practice work across accounts and tax, offering a path to equity participation in the London practice. This opportunity combines hands-on audit leadership with strategic progression in a close-knit, international-enabled firm.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of ~55 audits, including planning, scoping, budgeting and delivery through the team
- Lead fieldwork on complex assignments, including international group work
- Review and clear files, resolving technical and judgement issues before signing
- Progress toward RI status with firm support for your registration and experience record
- Run a general practice portfolio: statutory accounts under FRS 102/FRS 105, corporation tax review, and client advisory work
- Manage and develop the audit team
Key requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial UK practice audit experience
- Within reach of RI eligibility and committed to applying for it
