Senior Manager, Product Management

Overview

As a Product Manager in a global mobility tech context, you shape digital products from discovery to delivery, aligning with client needs and business goals. You work with engineering, design, data, and mobility specialists to turn complex challenges into valuable solutions. You’ll lead lifecycle activities, drive adoption and continuous improvement, and mentor others in the senior role. This role offers scope to influence technology-enabled Global Mobility initiatives at scale and across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and set priorities
• Translate requirements into clear product specs, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead discovery to validate customer problems and potential solutions
• Prioritize backlog based on value, impact and feasibility
• Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and improvement
• Bridge product vision with scalable, secure technical solutions
• Partner with UX/UI to craft accessible, engaging user experiences
• Use data and feedback to measure performance and inform decisions
• Define KPIs and success metrics to drive outcomes
• Coordinate with QA and delivery teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Engage clients and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback
• Coordinate with international teams for delivery and deployment
• Identify risks and dependencies and mitigate delivery challenges
• Contribute to Agile practices and continuous improvement
• Stay informed on Mobility trends to identify opportunities for innovation
• Participate in reviews to elevate standards and practices
• For Senior PMs, coach and develop other Product Managers

Key requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management or Digital Product Management
• Experience managing products through full lifecycle
• Understanding of product strategy, discovery and roadmap development
• Ability to translate requirements into product specs and user stories
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX/UI, Data and QA teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset and UX understanding
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced setting
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and driving improvement
• Genuine interest in technology, innovation and Global Mobility
