Credit Controller

Overview

In this Credit Controller role, you will manage receivables for the Telematics business to improve cash collection and reduce arrears. You’ll own ledgers within the UK & Ireland Telematics finance team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support financial targets. The position offers growth in a global, fast‑growing group and a chance to implement policy and process improvements. Your impact will be measured by days sales outstanding and ledger health, while enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver cash collection and arrears management to meet financial targets
• Own Accounts Receivable ledgers within Telematics UK & Ireland
• Identify risks impacting arrears and suggest policy/process changes
• Prioritize workload to achieve targets and objectives
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support customer retention and financial targets
• Own ledger reviews with operational and sales colleagues to ensure credit policy compliance
• Resolve customer queries to improve DSO and ageing

• Experience in credit control or collections
• Strong communication skills at all levels
