Associate/Director Valuation

Overview

In this role you will deliver RICS-compliant valuation reports for commercial and/or residential assets, conduct inspections and market analysis, and manage lender panel instructions. You’ll build and nurture client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our Glasgow operation. You’ll work with senior leadership to shape the team’s direction, mentoring junior staff where appropriate. This is a rare chance to combine technical valuation excellence with genuine commercial responsibility in a growing Scottish hub.

• Manage lender/panel valuation instructions

Key requirements

• MRICS / Chartered Surveyor with Registered Valuer status
• Strong valuation and report-writing experience
• Commercial and/or residential valuation background
• Lender panel experience preferred
• Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
• Autonomy and ownership of workload
• Genuine appetite for business development
• Full UK driving licence
