Responsibilities

• lead on-site teams and manage day-to-day site operations
• drive supply chain coordination and subcontractor performance
• enforce health and safety and quality control on site
• control programme delivery and ensure works progress to schedule
• maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project team
• monitor risks, inspect works, and implement corrective actions
• collaborate with commercial and design teams to resolve site issues
• support handover and close-out activities for projects
