Overview
In this role you will coordinate technical drawings and production information for new build residential projects, ensuring timely approvals and issue management. You will drive external consultants, manage information flow, and support site progress with strong design and regulatory knowledge. You work within a prominent regional contractor’s Technical team to minimise risk and keep projects on programme. This is a chance to contribute to high-profile residential developments while developing your expertise.

Responsibilities
- Obtain and manage technical drawings to support site starts
- Secure approvals to maintain on-time project start
- Minimise risk from uncoordinated information
- Oversee optimisation plans through to approval
- Brief and lead external consultants in producing information per programme and scope
- Prepare technical specifications aligned with requirements
- Attend site progress meetings and conduct site inspections
- Attend project meetings at various stages
- File and organise current drawings
Key requirements
- Experience coordinating and providing technical guidance/support for residential developments
- Strong design and construction knowledge
- Good technical and building construction knowledge
- Building Regulations knowledge
- Strong understanding of NHBC legislation
- Solid Health & Safety / CDM Regulations knowledge
- Understanding of Planning legislation
- AutoCAD, Viewpoint, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint proficiency
- Degree qualification preferred / equivalent (ideally)
