Senior Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the customer experience and rewards roadmap for Capital on Tap’s platform, shaping how customers interact with the portal, rewards, and spend management. You’ll partner with engineering, design and data teams to deliver fast, high-impact improvements and reduce friction in the customer journey. By applying qualitative and quantitative insights you’ll prioritise work that boosts retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience and rewards roadmap from ideation to launch
• Own end-to-end flows in App and Desktop customer portal
• Define, measure, and analyse KPIs using qualitative and quantitative research
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver improvements
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows using AI tools to communicate product thinking
• Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey to improve retention and satisfaction
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive outcomes

Key requirements

• High-cadence shipping mindset (ship updates every few weeks)
• Cross-platform expertise (iOS, Android, Web)
• Full ownership of the release lifecycle from planning to post-launch
• Experience managing products with hundreds of thousands of users
• Commercial acumen and ability to translate economics into product outcomes
• Executive presence for presenting to C-suite leadership
