Overview

In this role you will bridge brand strategy and digital execution, leading agency partnerships to drive efficient, on-time marketing programs. You will manage day-to-day digital operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and evaluate vendor ROI to guide investments. You help scale marketing efficiency by aligning external partners with brand goals and campaign priorities. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at a global software leader with a strong emphasis on impact and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for digital agencies and external partners; manage scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and performance expectations
  • Lead planning sessions, status meetings, and business reviews with agency partners; optimize for efficiency
  • Research, evaluate, and select third-party vendors; define scopes of work and success criteria
  • Oversee RFPs, onboarding, and contract support; collaborate with procurement, finance, and legal
  • Support brand and campaign strategy; ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing workflows, calendars, and asset deliveries; ensure on-time, on-budget execution
  • Develop performance metrics, analyze results with internal stakeholders, and drive optimization and ROI
  • Maintain documentation for vendors, agencies, and campaign activities

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, agency account management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing
  • Experience working with marketing agencies, consultants, and third-party vendors
  • Strong understanding of digital channels including paid media, social, email, web, and content marketing
