Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze macro and quantitative market information to support team success
• Develop growth strategies across product lines and assist in client solutions
• Shadow desks and asset classes to build broad trading floor experience
• Assume increasing responsibility and client interaction during the program
• Learn liquidity dynamics through market making, risk management, and trade execution
• Coordinate client and market data to prepare innovative client solutions

Key requirements

• Final-year or recently graduated student
• Achieve or have achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree
• Ideal: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering with interest in financial markets
• Proficiency in VAB and Python; solid Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and strong planning abilities
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive idea generation
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset and commitment to growth and mobility
• Integrity and ethical decision-making
• Fluency in English; additional language skills advantageous
