Responsibilities
- Contract Administration
- NEC Supervisor (desirable)
- Condition Surveys including PPM
- Reinstatement Cost Assessment
- Specification preparation
- AutoCAD Drawing and Design work including measured surveys
- Schedules of Condition
- Use of Microsoft software platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Use of iPad technology
Key requirements
- BSc Hons Building Surveying
- Chartered Member of the RICS (desired)
- NEC Supervisor accreditation (desirable)
