Project Manager – Regulatory Reporting

Overview

As a Project Manager for Regulatory Reporting, you lead end-to-end implementation of risk software at client sites, ensuring timely delivery within a regulatory-change context. You work across functions to align development, presales, and deployment, shaping projects from start to finish. Expect hands-on coordination, proactive risk handling, and clear stakeholder updates in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role offers ownership and impact in a focused regulatory tech practice in London or other cities.

Responsibilities

• Manage solution development and implementation projects from initiation to closure
• Create and manage end-to-end project plans for each engagement
• Set and follow Agile methodology, acting as Scrum Master
• Oversee project teams and assign tasks per the project schedule
• Identify, track, and escalate issues and risks with mitigation suggestions
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Run effective project meetings and ensure timely communication
• Collaborate across departments and with presales to own project delivery

Key requirements

• 3 years commercial experience in implementation, consultancy, or project management
• Knowledge of at least one major financial reporting regulation or related banking/financial sector processes
• Agile experience; Scrum Master is required, PMP preferred
• Software development understanding and knowledge of the application development lifecycle
• Interest in regulatory technology
