Human Resources Business Partner

Overview

In this role, you partner with Operations to foster a high-performance culture across a national, multi-site foodservice business. You will craft area people plans to keep teams motivated, engaged and aligned with business needs. You drive HR excellence, change initiatives and talent processes to deliver measurable business impact. You will work cross-functionally to improve engagement, capability and workforce effectiveness, shaping people strategies that support rapid, coordinated execution.

Responsibilities

• Shape culture and engagement across the business
• Drive HR operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Lead sourcing, recruitment and onboarding of talent
• Oversee learning & development and succession planning
• Manage employee/labour relations and legal compliance
• Measure success with people metrics and reporting
• Lead complex ER and TUPE projects

Key requirements

• Senior HR generalist experience with responsibility for multiple operational areas
• Broad HR expertise across Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training, Management development, Recruitment and Reward/recognition
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
• Track record of creating high-performance cultures and delivering business value with HR
• Experience in managing and implementing change and in using people metrics for improvement
