Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive complex capital projects in healthcare, education and science environments. You lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships and guide projects from concept to completion to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will apply governance, risk and financial discipline to keep programs on time and on budget. Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire project teams, promoting collaboration and excellence
• Own project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure commercial performance
• Deliver multiple projects and programmes balancing quality, cost and schedule
• Provide strategic guidance on risk management, governance, and healthcare sector requirements
• Identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities to maintain momentum
• Use project and commercial data to drive informed decisions
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in delivery and client value
• Collaborate with colleagues across Arcadis to access the right expertise
• Build trusted client relationships to create repeat business and future opportunities

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion
• Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22/23 or similar programmes
• Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline
• Professional qualification and/or chartered status
• Valid CSCS card
