RME Planner, Reliability Maintenance Engineering

Overview

In this RME Planner role, you will lead maintenance planning and resource allocation across EU warehouses using CMMS, ensuring EU-standard compliance and accurate stock forecasting. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and support high-efficiency operations. You drive proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment and contribute to cutting-edge maintenance initiatives like automation projects. Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance resources using CMMS
• Implement EU standards across systems in scope
• Review on-site equipment and maintain adequate stock levels
• Monitor CMMS data for equipment levels and forecasting accuracy

Key requirements

• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities
• Experience with CMMS software
• Experience with shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices
• Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• English language proficiency at C1 level or above
