Overview

As AI Evangelist, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative AI solutions for clients, translating needs into architecture and measurable outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to craft Gen AI and Agentic AI implementations, balancing technical depth with clear client communication. You’ll shape end-to-end architectures, including MCP-based integrations, RAG pipelines, and responsible AI guardrails. This role offers impact at scale within Infosys’ AI-first initiatives and the Topaz Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client business teams to elicit requirements and translate them into AI solution designs
• Architect Generative and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG strategies, MCP integrations, and skills
• Define measurable metrics with clients and ensure solution performance aligns with business goals
• Provide technical guidance to data scientists and engineers for implementation
• Establish monitoring, evaluation, and optimization practices for deployed models
• Serve as liaison between client and internal teams, maintaining updates and addressing concerns

Key requirements

• Deep Generative AI expertise across LLMs, diffusion, multimodal models and practical deployments
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration tooling
• Practical knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and interoperability standards
• Experience extending agent capabilities with modular skills and custom tools
• Proven RAG/knowledge-grounded system design with vector databases and hybrid search
• Strong communication skills for client engagement and cross-functional collaboration
