Responsibilities

• Apply CDM Regulations 2015 as Principal Designer and, where needed, CDM Advisor for clients
• Guide design and construction processes with clear communication and risk awareness
• coach and mentor junior team members and collaborate across the business
• contribute to projects from concept to completion with a focus on safety and compliance
• work across multidisciplinary teams on hydro, energy-from-waste, nuclear, hydrogen, and transmission projects

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Chartered status and NEBOSH qualifications preferred
• Consultancy experience with ability to coach and mentor
• In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and health and safety
