Overview
As an Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist, you will deliver expert clinical support and hands-on training for EP devices across designated geographies. You will work closely with physicians, lab staff, and sales teams to ensure safe, effective use of the EP portfolio and to identify client needs. This role blends clinical education with case support to help meet business goals in a global, collaborative environment. You will contribute to advancing science for life and improving patient outcomes, in a remote, field-based capacity.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support for EP devices during cases and for system components
- Educate customers and internal teams through presentations and demonstrations on EP products
- Attend cases in hospital labs for case support and product development efforts
- Deliver initial and ongoing product training to development and sales teams
- Travel to meet physicians and hospital staff, identifying clinical needs and demonstrating product value
- Build relationships with hospital personnel to identify decision makers and expand contacts across departments
- Respond to customer needs and feedback with feasible, cross-functional solutions
Key requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to understand and convey complex technical and clinical details
- Fluent in local language (C1 minimum)
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher)
- Willingness to travel extensively
