Overview
In this Senior Associate role, you will support Lime’s strategic planning by building and refining a regional fleet allocation engine and decision frameworks. You’ll create dashboards and reports to give regional teams visibility into fleet needs and decisions, while turning data into actionable recommendations for leadership. This remote role, based in London, offers the chance to impact global fleet efficiency and scale planning across markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive standardized processes to improve allocation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the regional fleet allocation engine; determine where fleet should be allocated, rebalanced, held, or redeployed across markets.
- Build dashboards, trackers, datasets, and recurring reports to provide visibility into fleet availability and upcoming decisions.
- Model scenarios and trade-offs across demand, utilization, revenue, ROI, and market constraints.
- Translate complex inputs into clear recommendations for leadership and local teams.
- Support planning and forecasting for annual planning, Capex, market launches, and in-year reviews.
- Standardize allocation processes with templates, rules, and documentation to improve consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and local markets to validate inputs and reflect operational reality.
- Monitor post-allocation outcomes, identify gaps, and continuously improve the allocation framework.
- Identify data quality and automation gaps and develop cleaner, faster data and reporting processes.
Key requirements
- 2–4 years in strategy/operations, BI, consulting, project management, or analytical roles; experience in high-growth environments is a plus.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data management; SQL and dashboard-building experience required.
- Ability to turn data and financial inputs into clear priorities and trade-offs.
- Proven project execution across cross-functional initiatives with strong organization and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present analysis and action plans to leadership.
- Operational judgment to ensure plans are practical for local teams.
- Independent, self-starter with comfort in ambiguity and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
