Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a shift at a fulfilment site, guiding a team of Area Managers to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets. You’ll partner with multiple support functions and design initiatives to lift site performance, enabling fast, reliable customer fulfilment. You’ll act as a bridge between operations and other teams while coaching managers to reach their potential. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on day-to-day operations and long-term site excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
• Lead operational teams, resolve issues, and improve site performance
• Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvements
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
• Design and deliver initiatives to enhance operational performance

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Experience using data to drive business decisions and manage training
