Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
- Participate in contract administration, project management, dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and related tasks
- Develop knowledge via CPD and stay updated on relevant building regulations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare and submit administration (timesheets, expenses) in a timely and accurate manner
Key requirements
- RICS accredited degree
- MRICS preferred
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and AutoCAD
- Good team player but able to work independently
- Full driving licence
