Overview
As part of the Digital Assets team in London, you will lead the development and delivery of digital assets products, including digital securities, tokenized deposits, and real-world assets. You’ll shape product scope with business-domain insight and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to align requirements and compliance. You’ll design future-state architecture for Blockchain/DLT use cases and ensure robust controls with cybersecurity and risk partners. You will drive end-to-end tokenization and on-chain settlement workflows and advise on practical blockchain options to balance feasibility, maturity, cost, and time to market. Responsibilities
- Own development and delivery of Digital Assets products (digital securities, tokenized deposits, RWAs)
- Define scope and objectives for product deliverables with business-domain understanding
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to analyze and prioritize requirements including sanctions screening and Travel Rule
- Design future-state business architecture to support Blockchain/DLT use cases
- Partner with cybersecurity and risk teams to implement controls and monitoring
- Lead development of end-to-end workflows for tokenization and on-chain settlement models
- Provide guidance on blockchain capabilities to determine best path forward considering feasibility, maturity, cost, and time to market
Key requirements
- Experience in product development with significant exposure to financial services, capital markets, or market infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with blockchain/digital assets platforms
- Knowledge of tokenization frameworks and the digital asset lifecycle (issuance/minting, distribution, custody, corporate actions, settlement)
- Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-1400, ERC-721)
- Smart contract development and blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, etc.)
- Experience with on-chain settlement models and DeFi primitives
- Experience building multi-chain or cross-chain solutions
- Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable distributed systems in regulated environments
- Proven product design experience with deep technical aptitude
- Execution-focused with ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams (PMs, designers, engineers)
