In this role you will lead information management aligned with ISO 19650 across diverse infrastructure and environmental projects in the UK. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed standards, ensure secure, well-governed information flows, and support project delivery. Responsibilities
- Support information management processes aligned to ISO 19650 standards
- Maintain and support effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Contribute to BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation
- Assist in coordinating information exchange requirements across project teams and stakeholders
- Support implementation of project information standards with BIM Managers / Digital Leads
- Apply a security-minded approach to data governance and access control
- Provide guidance on information management systems and processes to project teams
- Support quality assurance to ensure compliance with standards
- Review, control, and distribution of project information and models per ISO naming conventions
Key requirements
- Experience working within BIM environments and supporting Project Information Management activities
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Collaborative approach with willingness to learn and contribute to problem solving
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in a project or PMO environment with multidisciplinary teams
- Working knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Understanding or experience with ISO 19650 standards and information management practices
