Overview
In this role you shape the First Mile analytics roadmap to move inventory efficiently from fulfillment centers into the transportation network. You will work with cross-functional teams to design topology, flows, and injection points, driving faster delivery at cost parity over a 3-year horizon. The role blends hands-on analytics with stakeholder management to build scalable pilots and business cases. You’ll report to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive First Mile analytics roadmap and topology design
- Partner with teams to influence site connectivity and injection points
- Launch pilots and build scale-up business cases with detailed benefits, bottlenecks, risks, and resources
- Collaborate with software and research teams on algorithmic opportunities
- Lead regular business reviews and deliver concise data-driven updates to leadership
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in tax, finance or related analytical field
- Experience solving complex problems through data analysis
- Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to stakeholders
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL
- Ability to lead and structure projects across competing priorities
