Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design concepts and solutions for MEP projects
• Manage project team, deliverables, resources, schedule and budget
• Produce detailed design and required design calculations
• Support cross-disciplinary (MEP) projects and client engagement
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, supporting chartership routes
• Contribute to innovation, process improvement and technical excellence
• Assist with team management, resource planning, line management, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure cohesive delivery

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the UK with delivering Mechanical and M&E across varied building sectors
• Background in Building Services design
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, residential and/or industrial sectors
• Qualification (HNC, HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s)
• Proficiency with BIM processes, including Revit and IED/Amtech
