Overview

In this role you will manage the operational delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) projects. You will translate study protocols into effective IRT solutions and ensure systems are designed, implemented and delivered to support correct patient treatment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to SOPs and procedures. This position offers the chance to work with clients in a consultative capacity and contribute to trial success. You will help improve study delivery through hands-on project leadership and process improvement, with a strong impact on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze study protocols and determine IRT system requirements with clients
  • Advise on optimal IRT configuration for each study
  • Author and review User Requirements Documents with client and internal stakeholders
  • Support design, build and implementation of study systems leveraging IRT expertise
  • Ensure delivery aligns with Sponsor protocol and requirements
  • Create, maintain and report on project plans, timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources; manage progress, risks and milestones
  • Lead problem-solving and resolution throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage budgets and invoices and ensure quality, timeline and performance metrics
  • Perform internal and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution
  • Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and contribute to proposals

Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement
  • Proven ability to deliver projects against quality and timelines
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong customer service and client-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers and clients
  • Experience translating study protocols or client requirements into system requirements
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical, operational and client-facing teams
  • Confidence working directly with clients in a consultative PM capacity
