Overview

In this role you will shape and deliver AI-enabled legal services within Osborne Clarke’s Real Estate practice. You’ll work closely with Partners and cross-functional teams to translate client needs into structured, deliverable AI-driven solutions. You will help embed AI-enabled workflows, design new products, and support governance and risk management. This role offers training, hybrid working, and opportunities to influence the firm’s Service Innovation Programme across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Real Estate fee earners to design and refine AI-powered delivery of existing services
  • Convert stakeholder requests into clear plans with deliverables and timelines
  • Identify and shape new AI-enabled products and services from live matters and client feedback
  • Explain AI delivery models, pricing, risk management and governance to clients
  • Champion adoption of generative AI tools across Real Estate in line with AI governance
  • Track AI and legal tech developments and translate into practical service improvements
  • Provide professional support to OC and Business Services to improve processes and client service

Key requirements

  • Qualified as a Lawyer with strong Real Estate knowledge
