Overview

In this Deloitte role, you will bridge business needs and technology to drive people-centric transformation for Defence & Security clients. You’ll work within the Human Capital practice to shape requirements, guide change, and ensure successful technology adoption. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups and deliver impactful client engagements in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and build stakeholder relationships
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements
  • Document and analyse processes, workflows, and systems; identify efficiency and UX improvements via technology adoption
  • Assist in design and delivery of change management strategies for technology implementation
  • Develop user training materials, guides, and communication plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology adoption; provide feedback for improvements
  • Deliver client engagements on time and within budget; support planning, tracking and reporting
  • Prepare presentations and client deliverables to support decision-making
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technology adoption

Key requirements

  • DV clearance required
  • Proven experience in business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and gap analysis
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across business, strategy, policy, and product roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Experience managing client relationships and working in client-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
