You’ll mentor and empower teams, combining strategic insight with technical execution to tackle complex data challenges. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of data & analytics propositions
• Drive business development and client relationships to deliver high-impact solutions
• Guide energy and utilities clients through digital and data challenges with strategic and technical expertise
• Coach and grow technical talent through knowledge sharing and opportunities for growth
• Contribute to thought leadership and market offerings in digital innovation for the consumer/energy landscape

Key requirements

• 10+ years of data science leadership or consulting experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure (E&U)
• Experience leading AI, advanced analytics, and data/digital capability development to design, build, deploy, and scale analytics products
• Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering complex, high-value programs
• Established network of senior stakeholders in Energy/Utilities or data/tech industries with strong client relationships
• Commercial acumen with a track record of selling data-driven analytics propositions or products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence at senior levels
• Deep understanding of analytics, data, AI, digital technology and solutions landscape
• Degree (Masters or PhD) in data science, mathematics, operational research, physics, or statistics
