In this Private Client role, you manage a varied caseload across wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney within a respected law firm. You will advise on inheritance tax planning and maintain high professional standards while delivering outstanding client support. The role includes meeting fee and caseload targets and contributing to business development through networking and client relationships. Responsibilities
- Manage a broad portfolio of private client matters including wills, LPAs, estate administration, and trusts
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and related planning
- Maintain high professional standards and provide excellent client support
- Adhere to firm processes and achieve fee and caseload targets
- Contribute to business development through networking and client relationship building
Key requirements
- Experience as Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, Legal Executive, or similar
- At least 2 years PQE
- Strong technical understanding of wills, probate, and estate administration
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance procedures
- Confident user of IT with Microsoft Office
