- Mentor junior colleagues and oversee teams

- Develop client relationships and contribute to sector groups
- Support business development and BD initiatives across projects
Key requirements
- 6+ years PQE in construction and engineering law
- Proven ability to manage complex matters and lead others
- Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- SRA registered lawyer
