Overview
As Commercial Lines Pricing Senior Director, you will lead and shape pricing and underwriting initiatives for top insurers, driving transformation through advanced pricing models and data-enriched insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pricing strategies, MI and portfolio management capabilities, and high-impact propositions. This role combines client leadership, market thought leadership, and scalable solutions that align with Willis Towers Watson’s mission to optimise pricing for commercial lines. You will influence revenue growth and elevate our advisory and software offerings, working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate a strong client relationship as an trusted advisor and actively manage project delivery
- Interface with cross-regional colleagues to address broader client business issues
- Develop and refine pricing propositions and software tools leveraging WTW IP
- Lead or contribute to intellectual capital development and market-ready offerings
- Meet billable hours targets and contribute to revenue through proposals and client engagements
- Mentor and coach junior associates and collaborate across functions
- Support thought leadership through articles and presentations to enhance public reputation
Key requirements
- Relevant experience in Commercial Lines pricing within an insurance firm or consultancy
- Ability to collaborate with diverse professional backgrounds
- Advocate for analytical methods and data enrichment in pricing and underwriting
- Exposure to machine learning or big data techniques is beneficial
- Radar software experience preferred
- Experience or interest in selling pricing projects to insurers or financial institutions
- Track record of delivering revenue enhancements through innovation
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive change
- Strong interpersonal and team skills; self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to see the big picture and leverage related practices to address client challenges
