Contracts Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage contracts for a high-end main contractor delivering super-prime residential, commercial and retail schemes in central London. You will oversee a portfolio of a few projects simultaneously, ensuring commercial and contractual controls are maintained. Based in Marylebone, you will contribute to projects up to £25m, collaborating with project teams and external clients and consultants. This role offers exposure to prestigious developments and the opportunity to shape contract delivery in a demanding urban market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts across multiple live projects (up to £25m) for a high-end main contractor
• Coordinate contract administration and commercial controls on a small portfolio of projects
• Support liaison with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as part of contract delivery (inferred from role)
