Overview

In this role you will join the commercial team of a regional main contractor near Stevenage, taking responsibility for the commercial management of diverse projects. You will contribute to a portfolio spanning new builds and refurbishments across Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Residential and Sports & Leisure sectors, often on large schemes. The position supports projects typically valued over £10m within London and the South East. A solid permanent background with a reputable main contractor and a valid driving licence are important. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape commercial outcomes and project value in a dynamic regional environment.
