Workday Finance Lead with R2R/P2P/C2C or Accounting Centre – Workday Financials, Technology & Transformation

Overview

In this role, you will lead Workday-enabled finance transformations for clients, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical Workday designs. You’ll shape end-to-end delivery from strategy to implementation, driving value through streamlined processes and data-enabled insights. You’ll run executive workshops and help build a scalable Workday-based architecture aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities

• Engage in advisory and delivery projects from transformation strategy through full Workday delivery lifecycle
• Map business requirements to Workday configurations across GL, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Banking, and Expenses
• Develop overall solution architecture and end-to-end processes supported by Workday technology
• Lead executive-level workshops and translate business objectives into pragmatic Workday designs

Key requirements

• Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing (including storage, platforms and data)
• Finance transformation experience with Workday
• Translate business requirements into specific system, application or process designs (functional and non-functional)
• Knowledge of Workday transactional data flows and data migration support
• Experience designing / implementing ERP systems
• Two end-to-end Workday implementations
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Stakeholder management and strong client relationship building
• Ability to plan and deliver team scope and deliverables
• Understanding of risk in ERP delivery projects
• Experience in inclusive team collaboration and development of individuals/teams
