Overview

In this role you will support a corporate team on a range of transactions and provide clear legal advice to clients. You will manage matters from start to finish, collaborate with clients and third parties, and assist with client relationships and business development. The role involves advising on M&A, spin-outs, and venture capital matters within a broad corporate practice. Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions (M&A, spin-outs, venture capital)
• Drafting transaction documents and delivering clear legal guidance
• Managing transactions from inception to completion
• Collaborating with clients, colleagues, and third parties for successful outcomes
• Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
• Supervising junior team members and providing guidance

Key requirements

• Approx. 6 years PQE
• Qualified Solicitor with SRA accreditation
• Experience in M&A, venture capital, and corporate transactions
• Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
• Experience supervising junior colleagues
• Background in private practice
