Product Lead – Group Financials

Overview

As Product Lead in Wise’s Finance Tribe, you will guide a team of Product and Implementation Managers to shape finance technology, processes, and controls at a global fintech scale. You’ll set product strategy across ERP selection, finance data products, and automation, partnering with engineering, analytics and senior leaders. You will tackle high-impact problems to improve close cycles, reporting quality, and auditability while ensuring SOX controls. This is a chance to influence how Wise operates globally and to lead cross-functional change. You’ll work in an inclusive, fast-growing environment that values data-driven decisions.

Pay / Benefits

• base salary 120,000 to 155,000

Responsibilities

• ERP selection and implementation
• Finance systems and data product strategy
• Automation of key finance processes
• Tooling to support SOX compliance, auditability and strong financial controls
• Improve speed, quality and reliability of financial close and reporting
• Lead and grow product management and implementation teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, analytics and senior leaders

Key requirements

• Strong product ownership with experience building and scaling complex products
• Experience with finance systems, data products and audited environments
• Experience with Tier 1 ERPs such as SAP or Oracle
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Clear communication to align senior stakeholders and prioritize in complex domains
• Leadership experience coaching and developing product managers
• Strong problem solving and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Experience with AI and automation is a plus
