Overview
In this principal role, you will own the quality of implementing and configuring the Employee Document Management app for a global client base, often leading a workstream. You will engage on high-profile projects, address complex functional challenges, and act as a senior liaison and escalation point for clients. You’ll contribute to business development and support sales with commercial estimates, while building capability and mentoring senior talent. This is a chance to share expertise and lead thought leadership in Workday capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own delivery quality for the Employee Document Management app across global projects
- Manage a workstream and engage on high-profile Workday/ERP projects
- Act as senior client liaison and escalation point
- Contribute to business development and provide sales-facing content
- Develop capability, recruit, mentor, and guide senior staff
- Share knowledge and provide internal/external thought leadership
Key requirements
- Senior/Director-level experience in multiple large ERP, Corporate Services and/or Workday implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP, Corporate Services and/or Workday product areas (HCM, Financials, Payroll) plus specialist capability
- Experience with delivery methodologies/models for software as a service (SaaS)
- Broad business and technology experience with awareness of industry trends
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to delegate, motivate, and develop staff
- Strong customer management experience with senior executives and ability to present to audiences
- Proven ability to manage conflicting demands and negotiate in complex situations
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Ability to collaborate with functional and technical consultants to understand cross-functional Workday configurations
