Overview
In this role you will join a forward-thinking GP training practice to deliver safe, patient-centred care across multiple sites. You will work within a supportive, high-performing team that uses a digital-first model to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden. Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard clinical care to registered patients
- Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe safely per guidance and formulary
- Refer appropriately within local pathways
- Maintain accurate records using SystmOne
- Participate in on-call duties and clinical rotas
- Deliver health promotion and preventive care
- Manage long-term conditions per guidelines
- Participate in safeguarding and governance activities
- Support enhanced services and quality improvement
- Adhere to GMC and professional standards
- Complete timely clinical administration
- Maintain data protection and information governance
- Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions and education
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Maintain mandatory training and CPD
- Participate in appraisal and revalidation
- Support teaching and supervision as appropriate
- Undertake other duties as needed
Key requirements
- Full GMC registration
- Eligible to work as a General Practitioner in the UK
