Product Engineering Team Lead

Overview

As Product Engineering Team Lead, you will guide client-facing engineering teams to deliver large-scale digital solutions for enterprise customers. You will balance technical leadership with people management, staying hands-on in architecture and solution design. You’ll work directly with clients to gather requirements, plan delivery, and justify technical choices. You drive high engineering standards while mentoring engineers and coordinating across delivery teams to manage risks and dependencies. This role offers impact through shaping architectures, technologies, and delivery strategies in a client-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams of approximately 10-40 people
• Provide technical direction across delivery teams
• Contribute to architecture, design and technology decisions
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders on requirements, delivery planning and technical solutions
• Manage technical risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
• Support engineers through mentoring, coaching and technical guidance
• Ensure solutions are delivered to high engineering standards
